KIESELMANN single seat valves are reliable and have long maintenance cycles with the utilisation of a sealing material which can be applied universally or with service. After having opened the clamp, the valve insert together with the valve disc can be removed for maintenance. The spherical shaped housing with a surface quality of < 0.8 UM guarantees a hygienic process. The modular system provides for retrofitting to pneumatic actuation and bus control.

Kieselmann Double seat valves
KIESELMANN double seat valves are used for the mixture-safe separation of incompatible products in automatic process plants. The closed valve avoids mixture due to two independent valve disks with depressurized leakage discharge. In case of a damaged sealing, the process medium escapes from the valve without pressure. The leakage space can be cleaned by lifting the upper valve disk or lowering the lower valve disk respectively.
